NCF Rolls Out Speak English Campaign

To improve the English Proficiency of its community, Naga College Foundation introduced anew the ‘Speak English Campaign’. Commencing this activity, a Launching Program was held last July 21, 2010 at the NCF Quad. It was an interesting & enjoyable program which served as a channel for NCeans to feature their talents and to show-off their sharpness in brain teasers, spelling and pronunciation. The whole NCF Community had vowed on a pledge of commitment to adhere to the program; specifically attesting to its sustainability and encouraging co-workers and friends to support the same.

The ‘Speak English Campaign’ was revived by Mr. Mario C. Villanueva, a Member of the Board of Trustees of NCF, to produce better graduates who would be further competitive globally. Mr. Villanueva made sure to introduce the program in a measured but definite process, declaring first every Monday as a Happy English Speaking Day.
